Chocolate Chip Muffins

 

Combine Dry:   2 c. flour

                                    ½ c. sugar

                                    1 T. baking powder

                                    ½ t. salt

 

Combine Wet:  1 egg

                                    ¾ c. milk

                                    1/3 c. vegetable oil

 

Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients.

 

Fold in:                     ¾ c. mini chocolate chips

 

Preheat the oven to 400.   Fill muffin cups ¾ full.  Bake for 18 – 20 min.  Cool 5 min. before removing to wire rack to cool.  These muffins are best served hot from the oven.
