Broccoli Salad  

Mix dressing ingredients first and chill overnight.

¾ c. Mayonnaise

3 t. vinegar

¼ c. sugar

 Prepare salad.  Add dressing 30 min. before serving.

 Fresh broccoli florets for 6 – 8 people (cut into bits sized pieces)

½ c. red onion, sliced thin

½ bottle of bacon bits or bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

½ c. raisins, dark or golden

 Add shredded cheese of your choice – as much as you like – just before serving.
