All Seasons Marinade This
marinade can be used for beef, pork, chicken or shrimp.
Mix all ingredients and store in a quart jar, in the refrigerator.
Shake well before using. Place
the meat in a plastic bag and pour in enough marinade to coat the meat. Squeeze
the air from the bag and seal it. Place
in a container (in case your bag has a leak! ) and then into the refrigerator
for at least 30 min. or more. Fire
up the grill and enjoy! Makes
2 cups ¾ c.
soy sauce ½ c.
vegetable oil ½ c.
red wine or cider vinegar 1/3 c.
lemon juice ¼ c.
Worcestershire sauce 2 T.
ground mustard 2 T.
parsley 1 ½ t.
pepper 1 t.
salt 2 minced
garlic cloves Combine
in a sealed jar and shake. Store in
the refrigerator. Meat
